Why does the product or feature that I want say coming soon/page not found?

We are an extremely small business that is expanding so all available options are not yet listed on our website. We appreciate your patience as you watch us grow.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

What happens if my order is not printed correctly?

If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations because the image differs from the final product created in the system, we will gladly recreate your order to match what was originally requested.

Can I change the design I confirmed?

If your order has not been printed you can absolutely change the design. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so that we can cancel your order and allow you to recreate it at no additional cost.

What is your billing process?

Either pay 100% upon ordering or secure your order by providing a 25% initial deposit upfront. Final payment of the remaining 75% will be due upon completion of your order.

How do I place my order paying 25% upfront?

Contact us for any payments that will be less than 100%.

Need a copy of an invoice?

Absolutely. Aside from an email sent we can provide regular and gift receipts upon request.
